Each inspection is tailored to meet the specific requirement of the client, whether the information is required for investment analysis, pre-purchase or occupation or pre-acquisition for investment purposes.

Each report will provide advice that will respond to the requirements that a client may have identified. For example the results of the inspection may help in identifying the repairs required, the problem in selling a building, the future liability that the property represents, or the suitability of a building for a specific use.
